THE COSO THE CHILDREN VILLAGE ND SCHOOL AT NEW LAND 

The new site of land project for 1,5 hectare (15,000 Square meter) in size with houses designed to accommodate up to 25 children and a housemother, and we aim to support 50 children in 2 houses. We also wish to build 3 schools (24 rooms), sports area, staff accommodation, library, workshop, medical center, kitchen, store, farm project, a stage for traditional Khmer dance and offices,...etc.

The COSO orphanage is a shelter of the poor, homeless and orphaned in Siem Reap Province, Kingdom of Cambodia. In present the COSO still need money about $ 24,895 USD to finish the project for purchasing the land at Trang village. The COSO project to build the COSO children village and schools for the children in the orphanage and neighbors children of COSO. The COSO village would include schools, a vocational training centre and small medical center supplies. We want the project to be as independent and self sufficient as possible. Our village would also include a farm ( chicken, fish ponds and vegetable gardens ) so that we can feed the children as well as.

We estimate the total cost of building the COSO village to be $ 407,590.60 USD. First construction project, we would like to build a toilet (4m x 10m), in price $ 5,000 USD. Many of the buildings at the COSO orphanage in Siem Reap have been specifically designed and built so that they can be relocated if necessary. The remaining buildings will be constructed gradually as and when we raise the necessary money.
